Nature of Business
Qingdao Yehong International Trade Co., Ltd. is an authorized strategic partner of Wuzheng Group and Qingte Group. We specialize in the export of new, industrial-grade vehicles including sanitation trucks, tanker trucks, and commercial vehicles. We do not provide aftermarket repair services or refurbished/used equipment.
Product Information & Accuracy
While we strive to ensure all technical specifications, payload capacities, and engine data on this Site are accurate, they are for informational purposes only. Final configurations are subject to the formal Proforma Invoice (PI) and Technical Agreement signed between CK Auto and the buyer.
Inquiries & Quotations
Submission of an inquiry form does not constitute a binding sales contract.
Quotations provided via email are typically valid for 30 days, unless otherwise stated, due to fluctuations in raw material costs and international shipping rates.
Standard export terms apply to all vehicle orders:
Payment: Typically 30% T/T as deposit, with the balance paid before shipment (unless otherwise negotiated).
Compliance: All vehicles are manufactured according to IATF 16949 standards.
Delivery: Delivery timelines are estimated from the date of deposit receipt and are subject to production schedules and shipping availability.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including logos, vehicle images, technical drawings, and the CK Auto brand, is the property of Qingdao Chengkun Gear Co., Ltd. or its official partners (Wuzheng/Qingte). Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
CK Auto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our vehicles if they are operated outside of the provided Operation & Maintenance Guides. We are responsible only for manufacturing defects as defined in our Global Warranty Policy.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any disputes arising from the use of this Site or our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Qingdao, Shandong.
Modifications to Service
